The Hive Brew 400 System is a semi automated back of house workhorse that simplifies the laborious process of crafting large yields of cold extracted coffee products by breaking down the production into 4 easily handled 6 lb Hive Cell batches.
The 4 cell combined capacity of the HIVE Brew 400 is 100 gallons of Espresso Replacement Concentrate or 400 gallons of Ready to Drink brew, per 8 hour shift. Each 6 lb batch, brewing within a Patented HIVE Brew Cylinder utilizes Accelerated Cold Extraction to optimize cup quality, yield and filtration all while reducing brew times to 30 minutes or less.
